Product Availability

Most of the products that are offered online are stocked in one of our warehouses and will be shipped within 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays). In some cases, a product may be out-of-stock or may not be readily available. In such situations, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated time of delivery. Generally, we will hold an item on backorder status for a period of 30 days, unless we are notified earlier to cancel the order.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within the State of New York.

Returns/Exchanges

Cleanacar.com offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all online purchases. If you're not 100% satisfied, we will either provide an exchange or a full refund. Please request a Returned Goods Authorization # at My Account. or contact us by email at info@cleanacar.com to provide an explanation regarding the reason for the return or exchange.

To ensure full credit for your return, please follow these instructions:

1. Include the RGA reference # with the returned product(s).

2. Return product(s) in the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer.

3. Include all parts, hardware and instructions supplied by the manufacturer with the original product(s).

4. Return the product(s) in new condition - not used, installed or disassembled.

5. Repackage carefully to avoid any damages during shipping.

6. Send domestic returns via UPS-Ground, Fed-Ex, USPS or any carrier of your choice.

Following inspection of the returned product, a full refund will be issued (unless a replacement product has already been shipped). If the return was due to our error in sending the incorrect item, we will also refund you for the cost of the return shipping.

If you have received your product in damaged condition please contact us immediately at info@cleanacar.com . Please provide a detailed explanation of the condition of the product, and we will notify you by email with further instructions on processing the claim. If the item(s) is defective we will refund any return shipping costs once the manufacturer warranties the return. If the item(s) is damaged in transit we may need to file a claim with the carrier before we issue any credits.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Cleanacar.com supplies the highest quality products from the most reliable manufacturers. Most manufacturers offer special warranties on their products. Generally, the warranty information will be provided with the product, but if not, please contact us for specific details regarding your purchase.
